NMC Bright attended the Caribbean Sports Week

From 1 to 3 November, our consultant Sander de Brito Roque took part in the Caribbean Sports Week on behalf of NMC Bright. An initiative of the Orange Sports Forum. Parties from the Netherlands and the Caribbean came together to discuss sports development in the Caribbean.

Information was exchanged on the basis of interactive discussions and substantive presentations. Topics that were discussed: talent development, sustainability, woman in sports and club & federation development. NMC Bright gave a presentation on the latter subject. A topic with which we have a lot of experience in the Caribbean due to our role as strategic partner of the Aruban Football Association (2018-2022) and our role in the Football Development Program on Bonaire that runs from 2020 to 2024.

Contact and follow-up agreements were made to further develop sports in the Caribbean. A useful and instructive week in which connection between people with a heart for sport was key!
